Booking & Payment Policy
- 50% advance payment required for confirmation
- Remaining balance payable before check-out
- No booking is confirmed without advance payment
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early arrivals before check-in time will be charged as an additional night.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 2 weeks: 50% first night charge.
- Cancellation within 3–4 weeks: 30% first night charge.
- Landslide/road blockage cases can be adjusted within 6 months.
Child Policy
- One child under 7 years can stay free (sharing existing bedding)
- Additional guests will be charged accordingly
Special Conditions
- In case of natural conditions (e.g., landslides), advance payment can be reused within 6 months
- Extra beds available on request (additional charges may apply)
